No FREE Estimates

This time of year business always seems to slow down. And as a Contractor I will see less work from General Contractors. So, every year I put up a Craigslist ad. And the result? People who basically want me to come to their home or business and give them an "Estimate". The last time I went on an estimate I showed the homeowner what the problem was, and they fixed it themselves and refused to pay my invoice.

People who think they can get over on any Contractor in any trade to me are lower than low. Just because your a "Professional" and went to college doesn't mean nothing. I owe a lot of money out there and intend to honor my debts. So hey, how about honoring yours?
